What this website is

MachineryDealerReviews.com publishes profiles of used agricultural and construction equipment dealers in the United States. Each profile combines publicly listed business information with customer reviews submitted by buyers. The goal is practical: give someone who is about to spend a large amount of money on a used tractor, skid steer, excavator or dozer a quick, honest picture of the dealer they are dealing with.

What this website is not

• It is not the official website of HEAVY DUTY EXPORT SALES AND SERVICES TEXAS or of any other dealer. The dealer’s own site is linked from its profile.
• It does not sell equipment, take deposits, arrange financing or broker transactions.
• It does not certify, endorse, rank or guarantee any dealer. A profile on this site is not an endorsement, and a rating reflects only the reviews that buyers have submitted.

Who operates it

This site is operated by Machinery Dealer Reviews, the publisher of MachineryDealerReviews.com. It is a third-party platform and is not operated by any dealer that appears on it. Dealers cannot edit, remove or reorder reviews. Questions about the platform go to contact@machinerydealerreviews.com.

How dealer profiles are compiled

Business details such as the legal name, address, phone number, email, listed hours, equipment categories and services are taken from the dealer’s official website and other public listings. Each profile shows the date the information was last checked. Statements that originate from the dealer, such as the services it offers, are labeled as the dealer’s own statements and are not independently verified by this platform. If you find an error, tell us and we will correct it.

How reviews work

Reviews are submitted by buyers by email. Each review is checked against the Review Policy before it is published. A review is labeled a verified purchase only when the reviewer provided a purchase document that we were able to check. All other reviews are published without that label. Ratings shown on a profile are the arithmetic mean of all published reviews, and the distribution chart counts every published review. There is no weighting, no featured placement and no minimum review count required before a rating is displayed. When a dealer has no published reviews, the profile says so instead of showing a rating.

Compensation and disclosures

Reviewers are not paid or otherwise rewarded for submitting reviews, and dealers do not pay to have reviews published, edited or removed. If this platform ever enters into a commercial relationship with a dealer that appears on it, that relationship will be disclosed on the dealer’s profile page.
